E-beam sterilization is a kind of ionizing radiation. Its principle is to kill microorganisms by using the physical, chemical and biological effects of the target products irradiated by the electron beam produced by the electron accelerator.
E-beam sterilization is a method of sterilization in which the object that is to be sterilized is irradiated with a flow of electrons. This flow of electrons interacts with any organic material, or contaminants, in the object, creating free radicals.
